About Derby King Wheels

• We offer handmade wheels, both pre-built and made to your order, including rebuilding a wheel with your used and useable hub.


• We perform mechanical restorations on Vintage bicycles.


• We produce the Velocity brand bikes with American hand-welded frames; you can choose from our stock or have one made just for you. For those riders with long legs or a long torso, one of these bikes may put you in a position of comfort, balance, and control that is unmatched by your previous machines. And, whether it's a bonus added to proper fit, or the prime motivator, you will notice a quantum reduction in pedaling effort compared to bikes that are not hand- welded.
