This bike could have been named the double surprise if we had tried to express the reaction of those testors who rode it and who picked it up. Basically they all came back with big smiles, because it is so easy to pedal. And while it is a nice looking bike, there are no obvious visual cues to its sub-twenty pound weight, either. A bike messenger who rode it said 'this bike has a go-anywhere gear'. And, while we did try to choose one good gear, the reason she was correct has more to do with its extreme energy efficiency, the result of Magic Hand
Welding.

Equipped with the following US made components: Derby King wheels with Sun Zero degree Lite rims, Action Tec TI bottom bracket, and a Star headset. Other components include Shimano Deore XT rear hub, Shimano DX front hub, Ritchie 150g bars, Mks double-side pedals, Kona Racelite TI saddle aand IRC tires.

With the 26x1.25" tires, standover height on this 14" frame is 26". The seat tube measures 13.5" center-to-center and 15" center-to-top. Top tube measures 20" center-to-center. will typically fit a rider 5'1" to 5'6.5" tall.

Note: this bike has been sold. The next one can be made for you, custom made to your measurments with Magic Hands Welding and USA quality. Before delivery, the Nine-Oh was changed to a fixed wheel, custom fit to the rider with our photo and email process and re-christened 'Cherry Bomb' by him. He reports a fit improvement over all his previous machines. Also, and separately, he notes it takes less work than all previous (non hand-welded) road, mountain, and single speed bikes.
